Wholebeing Institute is bringing the Certificate in Positive Psychology to Geelong Grammar School’s Institute of Positive Education. The 12-month certificate course (also offered at Kripalu Center in the United States) is taught by leading Positive Psychology expert Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar along with faculty members Dr. Maria Sirois, VP of Curriculum at Wholebeing Institute and Megan McDonough, CEO of Wholebeing Institute.
The course offers an in-depth exploration of the science and application of positive psychology both personally and professionally. Students are able to apply the tools, practices, and research learned from the course to bring about lasting change, support an increased capacity for health, strengthen resilience, develop deeper mindfulness, and improve levels of overall well-being.
